Propranolol is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.
And a caveat, not all little blue pills contain Propranolol. The markings on a tablet much be used in order to properly identify it.
