I believe this is generic chlorthalidone 25mg or name brand Hygroton. It is a diuretic used to control high blood pressure. I think the number on this are from an old stock of pills so it was hard to find. Watch out for loss of appetite, diarrhea or constipation, serious headache...these could be reactions to the medication.
