Can I Add Methadone To Clean Urine And Pass A Drug Test That Needs To Be Positive For Methadone And Nothing Else? (Page 9)

i am on 76mls of methadone have been clean from heroin addiction for 8 months. things were great, me and my partner of 12 years were on a high because we were clean but for the past few weeks iv became majorly depressed and he my partner started getting 'itchy' he came home yesterday with heroin ....major regrets and i now feel so low and disgusted with us both its even worse because we are at the drug screening clinic today!! why i wasnt strong enough yesterday to say no is beyond me uuugh anyway my question is this if i got someone who is completely drug free to give me a urine sample and added a tiny droplet of methadone to it would i pass a drug screening test? i want to come clean we have been addicts for 10 years we have finally a brilliant drug worker who has helped us ALOT and put her neck on the line for us as well, the staff really liked us, they sent my partner away to detox 7 months ago and it cost them £3000 he was extremely lucky as that is hardly ever done in the town we live in and from the facility we are at i dnt even want to look them in the eyes. we feel so bad and dnt want to let anyone down. someone told us they have been putting methadone in clean urine for 2 yrs and getting away with it im not so sure about this? and am very anxious. my partner has more to lose he has manic depression and is on vallium we have been given weekly pick up in full for our methadone and he gets his vallium monthly hes worried theyl take our privaliges away frm us so has asked me to do it just this once and he will never put me in the position again. if this isnt going to work i dnt even want to try it id rather just come clean and be honest and get the help we need but im not getting through to him and i dnt wnat to make him look bad if he lies and i tell the truth. thanks.

There's so many things wrong with your post, I don't even know where to begin (non-nonsensical?! Wtf??). When they test for metabolized methadone, that means the methadone turns into other things once it is processed by your body. They test for those other things as well as methadone to Confirm you're taking it regularly. The lack of this metabolized methadone tells them that whoever gave the sample hasn't taken it in the days prior to the test. If you go and dose in front of them daily and have no metabolites in your ua they might suspect that you are spitting your dose out to sell, which could get you kicked out immediately. Or they could suspect that you faked the ua, which could also result in termination from the program. The only possible reasons why a person taking methadone daily wouldn't have the metabolized methadone in their urine is that they've been very sick (throwing up dose). You might be able to convince your counselor of this but it would really only work one time. Your post was quite some time ago, hopefully you're healthy and free from being a slave to methadone now anyways...

Hey at my clinic I used to do this ALL the time. People still do it there I know of so I know it works!!!

I mean I just added a few drops from a take home...shook well.

I agree totally with being honest.
I used to think I was a right smart@rse when trying to fool the system [UK] in the past, by using trickery ..buuuut, the only person you are fooling is yourself.
Weekly pickup is a godsend.
One only keeps that by being honest..that is the long and the short of it.
Being older and wiser, [have had a script for 30 plus years now] it pays to be truthful..
Methadone tests look for the metabolites.. not raw methadone. any heroin in there will show up as morphine.

I really need to know if you can still get clean urine and add methadone for a urine test tomorrow? Freaking out. I usually get a mate's who only takes methadone. But might not be able to see her.

hi Holly. I am n this same boat. Where I live is heroin crazy. Its so bad that even our Dr.s are in on the money sceam. I've had the same Dr. For over 10 years that prescribed me methadone for chronic pain and xanax for my panic attacks only to be shut down by the FEDS along with the next Dr that I went to. So needless to say I am red flagged and I cannot get any dr in the tri-state area to treat me. They are completely honest with me and tell me that no dr will treat me that I am going to have to go to John Hopkins, Baltimore or D.C. I now have to go to the clinic to be able to get meds for my back and neck issues but can not stop the xanax, I finality was able to pass last month's ua and if I pass this months I will finally be able to get my dose upped. I'm on 60 and my dr had me on 120a day. So all this rambling is going somewhere..lol..I was able to save a tiny bit (drop or two)of my dose mixd with a Lil water. R u sure that I can add this to clean urine and it show up. I dont know if it gets sent off for further testing (metabolites) or not. Last time I only gave like 5 drops of urine and they used it. They said that they could test it but that it wouldn't be enuff to re test if there is any discrepancies. This makes me think that it is not getting sent off. Idk.. Someone Plz give me some clarity... I'm stressed out....

No no way in hell. They do a 9 point drug test and send it out to the lab and that's just ridiculous I know how hard it is but you were sober for 8 months you risk it yourself so you have to deal with the consequences. Stay safe brother

Here in NC u cannot use benzos or u get quickly decreased n kicked out. Any other drug is fine u just don't get take homes. I've saved clean urine for months n passed my clinic u do 2 a month usually unobserved so u carry it in n make sure it's warm they don't even check the strip but sometimes they do observed so if that pops up on me I say well I gotta go shut my car off cause I can't pee yet n quickly take the bottle I have hidden on me n slip in me. It's only every so often. Sometimes if I'm given that unobserved like first 2 weeks if month n it's been a while since an observed that last week I'll go with it in me just to be sure n if it's unobserved I just pop it out n it's warm n I pour it in n just a drop n carry the cap so to save some for next one n I put it between my boobs in my bra to carry it in n out. It works. I have even got clean urine n added it to my clean methadone urine to stretch it.

Sorry I was on my way to the clinic that day ....what I do is find someone who is clean and on methadone or someone I can feed ...then after 48 hrs or if they are at the clinic have them pee at different times of the day, save that pee in little bottles 30ml 1 oz? I think...I get bottles out of the trash at the clinic lol. They are perfect ....fill as many as you can ...freeze them ...if you thaw them out in water, hot water, you can refreeze them without ruining the createnine and do dailies ..they will stay good a yr as long as you dont denature the createnine by using a microwave ...ive been on the clinic since 02 and sorry but I like to consume marijuana and cant afford to go dailies...make sure you pay attention to your createnine levels when they test you ...if your person has f***ed kidneys like mine does you have to add synthetic urine for the createnine, it has to be above 20 for it to count ...look it up.

I have been reading all different types of stuff that people have posted to see what they had to say to see if anyone was still getting away with putting methadone into clean pee and not having any problems. Well back in 2009 2010 I was getting clean pee from one of my kids and putting a little bit of methadone in it and I would just leave it in my room and when I would go to the program I would use one of the bottles that they would give you and put it into a coffee cup and heat up some water and take it in with me and if I had to give them the pee I would go into the bathroom and dumb the water out and put the pee into the cup and it always looked dark but my counselor never really looked at it. So I figured I was good and I was. I started going to the program every other day. I couldn't believe it worked but in 2010 I got off of the methadone, but I got into a really bad car accident and got back on it. So I had taken oxycodone and didn't want that to show up so I figured I could do what I use to. Well my test came back and my counselor said there wasn't anything in my pee so I was like what I couldn't believe it so I'm agreeing with the people that was saying its different now probably bc so many people were doing it. So now they check for other stuff which really does suck.

Yes, they are well used to all the tricks.
In UK no one ever watches while you pee, but they are still incredibly used to all the tricks, eg, clean [methadone only] pee taken in and kept warm..
The best one ever was a bloke who passed his urine test....but was also pregnant.
Someone on here commented that they stole used urine samples from the trash out back. of methadone clinics.this sounds highly unlikely, but may be true..surely they'd be ''biohazard'' and not dumped in the trash.
Here they send urine off for detailed analysis, they don't use strips.

It depends on the clinic, what state u r in, and the regulations they go by. If u are at a clinic that uses a strip test still (many still do), then u r fine. A drop of meth in clean pee (warm it by placing the container in warm cup of water), will work aces...trust me. I been going ten yrs to clinic and have a month worth of takeouts every time I go... Bbbuuttt, if u go to a clinic (ones in larger cities, ones with high drug use in the area, or strict or newer state laws, where they send it to a lab, then no this won't work, as they DO test when it is sent out, for metabolites on the urine from the methadone. Although, and this is a major importance that will help u...there are always discrepancies. not every urine is going to come back full on accurate...even lab tests have false negatives and are off at times...sooo...if u get a lab urine analysis that comes back with no metabolized methadone here and there, no one will pay any attention to it (because it does happen legitimately)...just make a point to figure out a plan for clean specimen the majority of your testing dates. Like, if it's comes back next time in metabolized, they most likely won't even notice, and if they do, it's no big deal..but if it keeps happening over and over, then it WILL be come a big deal...so u can do it ever once in a while to save it ass, just don't make it a habit. U can use anyone's clean piss, even a dog's...just make sure a drop of methadone is in there before u hand it in. A good way to get around the system every now and again... Like I say, u only need to do that if your clinic sends the tests out to lab. On a strip test, in house, none of that shows up, so it still safe sneaking it s*** (or piss, in this case, lol) in, if they r checking it there!!! take warning. I'm a methadone pro. Lmao. Not a proud pro, but a pro, none the less. Lol. Hope this helps. I've been clean a long time, but I know all the tricks thru the years...been thru it all...I mean ALL!!!

I don't know anybody on M/done that is totally clean, most ppl I know on it still use often as poss..M/done for these ppl is merely a stop gap so that they're not hanging out everyday they don't use heroin....otherwise its bus as usual...not really the done thing ideally, but it is done....if ppl want a strt clean life, do so, its do-able....I thought I'd never be able to stop...25 yrs later, I'm on a low dose 18.25 MG's..which is holding me as I've stopped playing up...its proof that if I can, anybody can...Just do it!!! Like the sneaker adv.
Ppl that abuse the system only make things more difficult, I know I've been guilty of that in the past....and regret it badly....clarity of the mind is a beautiful state of being.....

Yes I am a nurse and I no for a fact that urines come up with drugs not medicine abolished zed all the time it happens once or twice will make no difference or raise red flags. Hey keepin 100 holding it down in Philly and that's a fact they failed to tell my man that it happens and it doesent raise an eyebrow.

Oh wow Mary, aren't we a know it all?! Well, you obviously aren't Lol. Not all methadone clinics in the country (as you put it) must not test for the metabolites or this would not have worked. Hmm and yes, it would seem that you would have a better understanding with all of this because you have used in the past. Every one of us, no matter the reason we go to the methadone clinic for, has a very good chance of relapsing. It's up to us to choose to come to the realization why we came to the clinic for in the first place, and that we should get more help or whatever it is that we need. Even tho I go to the methadone clinic to get my life together, I'm not going to act like a fool and judge anyone for what they do while going there. I am not any different or better than anyone going to the clinic. Whether you want to admit it or not, everyone there has something in common. Of course one would think that instead of acting like a complete fool like you have demonstrated, that you would want to maybe try and steer one in a better direction that has fallen off the beaten path? Maybe, don't you think? To help them remember why they chose to go to the methadone clinic in the first place. We have all been there. It's easy to start wondering a different way. That demon has called us and enticed us all. It's so ****ing hard to stay away. To remind them how much better our lives have gotten without what he has to offer. We are all human. We all make mistakes. Something to think about...
