Norco 10 325 Mg And Tramadol
(Newest replies first)

Updated

My doctor has me taking norco 10 325 every 4 hours for pain. I have tramadol as well. The tramadol feels like it does absolutely nothing. Because the tramadol doesn't give me a high feeling I thought it might be better to take. Will tramadol work as well as norco and if so, at what dose? I just want to get rid of the pain!!

The yellow norcos are WAY WAY WAY WAY better. It's like being a wine connoisseur; I have a very delicate pallet for opiates and they are absolutely different, in fact up to 15% different even on the active ingredients. So you are wrong.

Well if your looking for the high it will happen for awhile. But the longer u take it the more u will need for that high. You will be chasing that high you got in the beginning.

Really the white Norco is the same people it's all in your head. Just looking for the reason why your not feeling high. But it works for pain duh. Godish people use stuff for a reason and maybe people that really need it won't have a hard time because of people like u that just want to feel high. Tramadol is a good drug for pain, again if you use it for the right reasons and what the doctor prescribed it for.

I have been taking 1 50 mg of tramadol 3 x a day for 5 years for severe pain of my spine. I had neck surgery at that time. I would like to try to get off the tramadol, but my body is addicted to it. How should I do this?

I mix the two-I also take 4 Norco 10/325 a day, the yellow, not the garbage white, as well as Tramadol twice a day. These two drugs work way different from one another. Tramadol is non narcotic, and it triggers a response from the same part of the brain as anti depressents do. It's actually considered to be a good drug for depression as well as pain.
It does take a little getting used to. I get a little ringing in the ears, but without any kind of body high, it makes for a calming effect on me. I like the stuff, but I may be in the minority on that. I think it works well with the Norco. Here's how I take these. I have a little tolerance for the Norco, been taking them for 8 years, so, in the morning I pop two of those, then wait about an hour and take a Tramadol. I don't take them at the same time.
I did that once, then jumped in a hot bath aqnd nearly passed out. Of course I also took my bp meds at the same time, so the heat added to the meds and I ended up calling 911-I was at the passout faze. So, be cool, spread them out and don't get too overheated.-then they work good-

What is the difference between Lortab 7.5 and Tramadol 50mg? I have severe pain from severe enamel loss on my teeth due to Gastroesophigal Reflux Disease and have been prescribed pain meds until i can have my teeth extracted. I have been prescribed both of these (not at the same time) and found the Lortab 7.5 to work better to control the pain. I also feel very dizzy while taking the Tramadol. Any thoughts, suggestions or info?

It really depends on you, how much does the high feeling affect you?

Because it will eventually wear off, as your body gets used to the medication. It is just a side effect. However, it is one of the reasons that some people end up abusing certain medications, they like that high feeling, so they keep taking more and more of it to get it back, whenever it wears off.

And no, the Tramadol will not work as well, it's not anywhere near as effective as the other opioids.

When it was created, researchers were actually trying to take an opiate, remove all the bad side effects and habit forming tendencies, but still keep the pain relieving qualities, however, they actually ended up doing the opposite. It still causes all the same issues, but is only moderately effective at treating pain.

Is there anything else I can help with?
