Hi, My name is Kayla and i have anxiety really bad, panic attacks, i have fear of going out in public i live near Allentown PA but i cant find a doctor who could prescribe me Xanax. They help me alot. If anyone can help me find a doctor i would greatly appreciate it

thats not truw at all. I wasd perscribed xanax and valium at the same time for the span of three years and had no problem with it. the valium was to help me taper off usng aas much xanax. when a panic attack is less likely to happen you are less likely to need as much xanax. valium keeps you calm so you dont experience panic in the first place. there are many reason a doctor might do this. so ,long as they trust you are not abusing them.

Some of us take xanax because it seems a little better than abusing opiates or being strung out on morphine. It takes the edge off of life- so making it through the day is OK and sleep comes at night. Haven't wanted to kill myself or hurt others on any benzo like xanax. Without, well, that's another story. Some of us just need something to make life a little f***ng livable and there's nothing wrong with that! Detox slowly and carefully if one ever makes the decision to do so. I love drugs for making life fun at times, for teaching me difficult lessons at others and for making life OK at the very least. F*** Jesus, Allah and all the lying profiteering prophets that base their profits on these ancient deceits- praise be to mind and mood altering chemicals. I'd rather sell my soul and pay my money for something that works: I'm in till the day I die. Now or later, who cares, it comes for us all. Enjoy the downward spiral!

Really dude benzo's destroyed your life, and you had no part in that? 1st sounds like you quit cold turkey? Never advised. 2. sound like you might have been taking them for the wrong reason not worth the quick high?? That is not the reason to take them!! 3rd. I doubt if you was thrown in rehab for benzo only?? But I don't know the whole story and we all have a story and then there is people that need these medications for anxiety or panic attacks, seizure, which can be very serious medical and cause serious mental issues. I am just saying Don't tell people stay away from it will destroy their lives cause of your situation.

Annie, at that dose it is best that you stop taking this medicine. You are certainly not an addict and can live without it now that your doctor is gone. You will not face withdrawal problems like the abusers, and can possibly find something herbal that will work just as well!

Maybe you should not have been taking so much mg everyday and you would not have suffered such bad withdrawl. If taken as needed a few times a week you won't have this problem... you just don't want a constant supply in your blood.
