I haven't taken a dose in three days, i have a urine test in 48 hrs and i just took a 4mg dilaudid dose. Wondering if my body will metabolize it before the test.

Hi. I've been on methadone a year now and have been wanting to do one dilaudid 4mg for forever now! If I did get a call to do a at random drug screen on Friday, and today is Saturday .... Will I pass ? I'd i drink lots of water ?

thanks alot; i had a pres of it from the doc, but he made me DESTROY it; yeah!! with chronic severe pain that i cant take with the meds; anyway, take ms contin too and that has to be there; but thats everyday 180mg so hope that shows!!

Yes it will be out of your system. just drink tons of water! Before you go for the test, drink a gallon within the hour of the test and you will piss straight water.

hi, so did take the 4mg dil and then 2 days after you were clean with just lots of water; just want to make sure thats the deal, cuz i am in the same boat

you gotta wait til AFTER your ua to do the dilaudid. wtf. you didnt get much from it anyway did you. why dont you try a little patience. if you stop the subs a couple days youll get more from the dilaudid. 1 day 14hours? you couldnt wait? dude shouldnt have brought it around you knowing you had a ua. maybe you should tell him that.

u havent shot up in 3 days or you just shot up a k4?? drug test 48 hours? depends on test. probly you can flush it out drink lots of water

I haven't used anything in almost a tear and I am in a suboxone clinic, my boyfriend brought a dilaudid into the house and I broke down and did a 2mg IV I have a drug screen for my clinic in 1 day and 14 hrs to be exact am I screwed? am I gonna come up dirty? I messes up it did nothing to me and I regret it with all my heart! how long should this screw up take to get out of my system?? please someone let me know what I have to do.. help!
