i have stopped taking propranolol 80mg 3days ago and would like to know if there is any side effects coming off them

I am weening off propranolol 10mg every month. My dry eye is worse. I have problems with my distance vision (almost double vision) and increasesed eye pain. Hard to explain it. This happened when I started this medication as well. I needed it for migraines due to a post concussion. I asked my pharmacist today and she said it's not from the meds, to talk to my doctor.
She is wrong. This is the 2nd time weening off of it (tried 6 months ago) and the same thing happened. It's real and it hurts.

I am trying to come off propranolol and venlafaxine after being on both for 30 years.
I am finding it really hard to withdraw from the propranolol I am
currently taking one 40mg tablet every other day, but am suffering from dizziness and nausea. Can anyone advise me how to proceed

Propranolol 80mg slow release capsules gave me very bad diarrhoea. The stomach pains may be a warning of the runs!

Im on the same dose only been three months and i cant take the chest pain anymore so do u just keep taken half twice a day till your pills are done? I got 60 pills

I have been taking propranalol 40mg once a day for anxiety for 6 months,my new doctor wants me to come off them by taking one 40mg tablet every other day to ween off them,is this safe???.

Uh wrong! You don't withdrawal from H1 or H2 blockers.you withdrawal from proton pump inhibitors. thats just example

I have taken Propranolol for over twenty years for essential tremors. The dose has been up and down over the years, 80mg has been the most recent one two times a day. This doesn't seem to help much with my tremors. I have to work. I am now 77 years old and cannot write or speak clearly, which I must use both on the job. My heart has stopped three times and have had to be brought back, that is why the up and down doses. A week ago was the last time for my heart to stop; my step son gave me CPR and brought me back, I was taken to Er, no heart checked except for the ekg and was sent home to see my primary physician. She was disturbed that they have never checked my neurological condition or heart over the years so that is what she is starting to do now. I am off of the Propranolol now as this she believes lowers my blood pressure and stops my heart. It has been now a week since I have taken a pill, my tremors are back big time, so we are now starting me on the CBD and that has helped some, but too soon to tell what it will do for the essential tremors. I have a family history of this condition, my mother had only the head shaking, grandmother was both head and hands which I have. It is embarrassing to try to go out to eat, have to have my head in my plate to reach my mouth at times with the shaking so hard. I have had no strange side-effect by the sudden stopping of the drug. I was told not to stop too quickly, but I did and started the CBD. You are welcome to write me back.

I took one 60 mg Er propranolol last night. I never want to take it again. Legs hurt two hours afterward. No sleep and today exhausted and nauseated. Is it safe to just not take again?

I went off 60 mg er/day inderal 4 days ago and was put on nortriptyline to treat my migraines. Since the i have had the worst migraines I have ever had. My dr told me to just completely stop the inderal. Could this be the cause of my excruciating migraine?

I've been on propranolol 10mg twice a day for almost 2years now. A few months ago it started throbbing stabbing pains in my head. I left it for a few days and found the pains dissapear. However dr told me to carry on again pains in my body stil I was told its not th medication now I'm experience severe leg coldness and legs so painfull and tender I can't touch my legs. Its soooo frightening I feel very very scared

Erm i have only taken one 40mg of propranolol. And i dont want to take anymore. I have read that you have to ween off this, is this still the case if i have only taken one tablet?

i take propranolol nd i feel i have to take it.. iv even had to increase my dosage. its defo additive.. i think it needs to be re assesed. i dont think the addiction is high, but its still there.
