I am on a suboxone treatment program and currently interviewing for several new jobs. I will have to take a pre-employment drug test and I am wondering if I will fail for an opiate due to the suboxone. I do not want to tell my future employer that I am in treatment for a past drug dependency and I am worried that the suboxone will make that impossible.

PLEASE HELP!!! will sure gel cover up suboxone??? I can't find a clear answer and I'm terrified because I am dependant on them but cannot afford doctor and am on probation... Please someone with definite answer help me... God help me..

I tool a 30 panel drug screen for my job and it did not show up. They have to do a different test alone to find suboxon.

I'm a retired officer and it doesn't show up. They have to use a separate drug test. Good luck on the job and hope this help

Okay u took one.for a headache. That's a horrible excuse. Sorry I'm in re overt and clean and that just sounds like an excuse. But never the less I.am wondering if it shows up.because I think my boyfriend is.hiding it from me. Like I look for pupils and all that try to eat h the behavior. I always thought he was high on it cuz he would.explode with anger. Yet they did poss him off for stupid reasons so I think it's excusable I'm just curious if I'm going to waste my money on a twelve panel home test?

Cause I went in for ah pre employment - and I was taking my strips and was kinda worried about it showing up on the test , I took the test before I told her ' and I passed the test . But I wasn't really on for a preScription , so I had got somethng from my doctors saying I was on the strips ... And I GOT THE JOB

ok im on 2 1/2 8 mg strips and like a dumb ass i had marijuana with 1 other person... my question is if i get the sure jell--c my dr sends off to a lab ...do u think the suboxone will show up or mess up my sub levels??

Yes it will show up bc they are using a dip stick to test for suboxone this is new and happened to my bf in Dec 2015. It's new and pain management doctors are starting to use it.

Suboxone will only come up as an oxy if,it hasn't been metabolized. Meaning of you try to put it in your pee and not take it orally. Lol.

Suboxone does NOT show up as a opiate, they have to run a separate test just for BUP. To know if it's in your system. .

Some drug test don't have the suboxone panel on them , the only ones I saw use the suboxone test are places like rehabs or I've even heard probation and parole offices. Try to find out which one there using if u can.

If I tried a 4th strip of Suboxone on Sunday evening and I have a drug screen at pain management on Thursday evening will it shows up?My doctor cut my meds in half and I am in chronic pain all the time!I am on 10mg.oxcodone 1 a day.I'm also on 50mcg fentanyl every 3 days. I'm so tired of laying in bed hurting!I normally don't take chances. I was told it would be out my system and I knew that I shouldn't have but the chronic pain hits and I think only about stopping the pain!!!
