i have got miscarriage 1 year before from that time 5mnths my periods r regular but from 2 mnths their is no period and docter sujjested me to take B-LONG F is it helps in make regular of my periods

hi,i got miscarried 1 and half month ago, but till no i didnot get period, but i can find spotting slightly from 10 days, my doctor suggested me to take trapic mf - 6 tablets and blong -60 tablets, cabogolin(0.5mg)- 10 tablets (by weakly) , my trapic mf tablets is completed 5 days back,now again i am finding the spotting, but not as the regular periods, i am afarid of this problem,plz suggest me a solution.....
