Urine Test And Oxycodone (Page 3)

Can a urine drug test sent off to a lab tell the difference between oxycodone/apap 7.5-3.25mg (percocet 7.5-3.5) and oxycodone hcl 5mg (Roxicodone 5mg)? I took 3 percocets tonight and i am prescribed the roxi's. I go to my pain doc in 4 days and they occasionally drop me. Can they tell the difference. How long will they be in my system? thanks to all that answer.

It’s this simple everyone so STOP complicating. Even tests that are done in depth, not simple tests, but done using urine as well as a mass spectrometer (as good as you’ll ever find in the world of drug testing) seldom if ever checks for Tylenol.

These tests check for a “broad spectrum” of oxycodone or hydrocodone including all of its aunts, cousins and uncles!

SO NO THEY DONT CHECK FOR OXYCONTIN VS PERCOCET or any other variation vs variation in their own specific formulation. They just check for OXY and absolutely any version of it will get thrown into the same basket!

My husband spent all our savings hooked on Oxycodone. He is out of money and drugs, took off work for a few days and they are going to urine test him.
