Suboxone In Nd

I am a 20 year old male and have been addicted to opiates for about a year i started doing opiates since i was about 17 but only in small doses (10-15mg hydrocodone or even just 10mg oxycodone) most recently ive been taking Morphine about `150mg or so a day or hydrocodone 50-60mg or up to 80-100mg oxycodone at a time and even heroin up to 120 to 200mg (smoked not iv) depending on what i can find on the streets and i just want to get off the stuff but i cant handle the widthdrawls and i live in ND and dont know were i can go to get suboxone or even methadone for treatment because this addiction is starting to eat up my entire paycheck and i just want to get clean. when the w/d start i get panic attacks,cold sweats at night wen trying to sleep )making it almost impossible). so i want something that will help make all tat go away. so if anyone knows were i can find a doctor to prescribe me some in Dickinson north dakota or preferable even online if possible because i do NOT have heath insurance and cant afford to see a doctor only to have them not give me a perscription. any advice would be greatly appreciated. I live in San Francisco calif,and in need of suboxone! I do not want to go through insurance or doctors unless I know it works please help where can I find some I don't want to ask strangers on the streets I have been addicted to opiates for 19 years now and I wanted over ... somebody please help me
