CK is correct, it is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine, which is a generic for Sudafed, it is used to treat cold symptoms, and sinus congestion.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia, and weight loss (with long-term use.)
