The Propoxy you list is Propoxyphene, a very mild, narcotic analgesic and APAP is medical speak for Acetaminophen.

This is a generic version, the name brand for this is Darvocet. Propoxyphene is a cardio-toxic agent, there have been many accidental deaths among people using this drug, and since it really does not provide much at all in the way of pain relieving benefits, they are currently trying to get it removed from the US market.
