blue capsule ## There is no such thing as hydrocodone 100mg, and telling us that it is a blue capsue does not help, (unfortunately.) What is the imprint on the blue capsule? This will help us to identify it. ## I have been taking 100mg of Hydrocodone with 100mg of Tylenol for abt 6 years. It is compounded locally. Only compounded dose can come that high. I take 1 evry 8 hours. There are no markings on the capsule and there wont be for compounded meds. ## That is correct, the manufactured versions are only available in a max of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone, however, some doctor's do use compounding pharmacies to have medications done for their patients in special amounts. It will still carry common side effects such as: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Did you have any que...

I am on numerous other medications also so those will show up also, but I don't take the roxicodone as much as I should, I take more as times and less at times, sometimes I have some left at the end of the rx and sometimes I run out, but my Dr will stop my Rx completely if I don't pee the correct amount. I don't sell my meds, I just take more sometimes and less sometimes. I have a botched neck surgery, I don't take anything that is not rx'd to me. PLEASE help ASAP, my appt is tomorrow.

I just moved here from up north and i need to find some oxycodone 30s near southeast jacksonville ## Good Luck Even If You Find A Doctor That Will Give Them. You Will Not Find A Pharmacy To Fill Them.. It's Because The DEA Has Put So Much Fear In Them. The DEA Has Screwed The Disabled People In Pain !!!!!!

I have been in Stage 3 colon cancer remission for 5 years. Side effects from chemo have done a lot of nerve damage. My Doc put me on Lyrica the day before yesterday, 3/19/12 and after 2 tablets I have extreme vomiting, called my doc and he told me not to take anymore; yet even today I have extreme vomiting and can not keep anything down, my stomach is killing me. Hopefully after today I will be better. Again just 2 doses of this stuff, wow. Good luck to those taking it, because I have been on many of strong meds, and this one is out of the park. I too was bouncing into the walls after my 2nd dose. Very strong stuff is all I have to say. ## Actually, it's not a very strong medication, which is why the dosages for people can be taken relatively high on it. It usually works at very low...

Recently was accused by my pain doc of using morphine and hydromorphone. I am prescribed oxycontin, oxycodone plus fioricet with codeine by my neurologist for migraines. I am not sure but was told by my pharmacist that codeine breaks down as morphine and hydromorphone in the body. I do not cheat on my medications. He also did not see the drugs he prescribes in my system which are the oxycontin and oxycodone. My only answer was I assume I had a bad migraine and had taken the fioricet/codeine. I can't take the other meds when I have a migraine due to nausea. I would really like a coposetic answer because I do not take morphine or hydromorphone. I am tired of being accused of something I haven't done. I feel if I have an answer to the break down of the codeine it would be so helpful.

oval, peach tablet not scribed one side 93 other side 31 imprint ## I have been on Oxycodone 5mg tablets for 2 years up to 8 per day and in January the two largest producing plants of the 5mg tablets were shut down by the FDA and now the va is substituting the hcl 20mg ,sa tablets for my 5mg tablets am I going to notice the difference and if so how.My medical condition that I take these pills for are that I have 4 ruptured disc in my lower back and I need both knees replaced.I would appreciate any answers to my question. ## Sa simply stands for a different manufacturer, those ones are made by Sandoz. You shouldn't notice a huge difference, same medication, just made by a different company. Have you tried them yet? ## The only difference you will feel is more pain relief and sedation...

Does anyone know the difference between Kadian 30 mg to Watson 3450. My Kadian was just changed to the Watson pill and I am now in withdrawal. What is the difference? ## Kadian is the Brand name for Morphine Sulfate Extented Release capsules, it is made by Actavis. Watson 3450 is a purple/white capsule and contains 30 mgs Morphine Sulfate Extented Release. The amount of medication in a Brand and a generic may vary. The Brands have exact medication whereas generics may vary. For example, if you have a generic that says 10 mgs, there can be 8 mgs-12 mgs of medication in it.

I have an appointment with my pain manage Dr. in 5 days. They do count my pills, I get 120 20mg. monthly. I will need to have 10 pills left when I see them. So ahead of time I set those aside. But I've had an unusually painful month, and realized that I was going to run out. I called my Dr.'s office and ask if they would okay 5 pills a day when needed instead of the prescribed 4. They said no, and that I should try to stretch out my dose. Well that hasn't worked. I now have 3 pills left. What would likely happen if I took 2 or 3 pills out of the 10 that I set aside? Oh yeah I'm in NC if it matters. ## If you signed a contract with your dr, you need to see what it says regarding this. Depending on how strict your dr is, if you don't have the correct number of pills wh...

Is this a generic drug for tramadol ## Hi Sammie, Based on my research, Conzip is a brand name medication that contains the active ingredient Tramadol Hydrochloride. Tramadol hydrochloride (trademarked as Conzip, Rybix, Ryzolt, Ultracet, Ultram in the USA, Ralivia, Zytram XL Durella{CR-100/200mg} in Canada or Adolonta in Spain) is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. The drug has a wide range of applications, including treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, restless legs syndrome, motor neurone disease and fibromyalgia. This is about useless. All I see is questions and no answers. Bad accident 10 years ago broke 24 bones. Many non-union and deformities. I take 2 Lortab 7.5/500, 1/12 Soma, 15 mg Valium every day. Never taken Oxy anything or methadone, except right after my wreck I was on Percocet 10 for 90 days. I told the Dr I was ready to go back to Tylenol 3, which I was on at the time. He said codiene was a bad drug and switched me to Lortab. I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and have exceeded my life expectancy by 10 years. I was on social security disability when I had the accident (friend bumped me riding motorcycles). I believe that is why they didn't fix my mangled bones with plates and pins, or because they didn't think I would be around so long. I'll be on these drugs until I die. I don...

I am getting some facial work done(face lift) and they gave me a script for hydrocodone ## Hi Betty, From what I understand, Hydrocodone is just a synthetic derivative of codeine; so it does not contain the actual substance. If your doctor/surgeon was aware of this allergy prior to writing your script, then it's likely that he/she did so with your best interest in mind. People who are allergic to codeine usually have no problems with Hydrocodone. Is this your first time having to take this drug? ## Yes and thanks for your answer.

i have back problems an i was givin some by a freind ## Because pain medications tend to effect each person differently (due to various levels of pain tolerance and severity), you can't really tell someone "how" strong something like this is. What works for them may not have any effect on you, or vise versa. The Tylenol ER isn't necessarily stronger than other forms of Tylenol (in regards to potency). All it does is simply last longer, since it's an extended-release version of the drug. OTC meds like this also aren't really intended for severe pain issues, but it may help alleviate minor muscle aches & body pain, such as arthritis. I hope this helps!

I am in so much pain and was wondering what med is better for pain. ## Sorry to hear about the extent of your pain. However, it's important to know that what works for someone else may not necessarily work the same for you. While tramadol is often touted as a much weaker pain medication than your typical narcotic, (i.e percocet), I'm sure it also depends on several underlying factors (such as one's tolerance to pain meds, severity of pain, etc...) I would probably place my bet on the percocet being stronger though. But it sounds like you should definitely discuss this with your doctor if you've been contemplating this for a while. Stronger doesn't always mean better...at least when it comes to tapering off. I hope this helps!

I recently moved to Abingdon, Va, and I have degenerative disc disease. Pain under control with 15 mg -30 mg oxycodone and cervical epidurals. Cannot find a prescribing doctor in this area. Please help. Have had to fly out to Colorado 3 times to get meds and procedures. ## What type of doctor have you been seeing? Some new laws went into place at the beginning of the year and due to very high rates of drug abuse and bad prescribing practices, they are being very strictly enforced, especially on the east cost. Thus, you are most likely going to have to see a pain management specialist to continue receiving such controlled substances. Learn more pain management details here. The legal changes don't allow general practitioners to prescribed such medications for long-term use anymore, e...

i wanted to get some more feedback regarding Opana 40 mg ER and any side affects that you may have. I have two herniated disc's L4-L5 & L5/S1 & I have stonisis of the spine as well.. I am only 39yrs old and my pain management Doctor referred me to this type of pain medication since I am way to young to have back surgery. I am currently on my second steroid IV of dexamethasone which is a series of 3 intravenous doses and they have done nothing so far with the inflammation. I have been taking Generic Hydrocodone 10/325 2 pills 3 times a day and it's not helping so my doctor put me on Opana starting tomorrow, 40mgs twice a day. I live in FL and they have super strict laws so they will not give me any type of Oxycontin or Roxycontin. Anyways, how long have you been on opana ...

Does anyone know what the pill is. Round brown pill with M on one side and blank the other. ## Based on the description provided, I've identified your round brown pill as AZO Standard, containing 95mgs of Phenazopyridine hydrochloride. Manufacturer: Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. NOTE: despite its obvious appearance, the imprint is actually a "W" and not an M. This medication is used in the treat urinary pain that is often associated with interstitial cystitis. I hope this info helps!

I have been on Fentanyl for a long time. 3 weeks ago I kept a patch on for over a week without changing it and then took it off a day before going to the doctor. I had sweating, nausea, pain but I tolerated it. My doctor was upset that I did it but I was so desperate to come off of it, I would try anything. She put me on 12 mg patches for 2 weeks and then I was to go onto something else. I was having a horrible time with the low dose patch and put on a 25 mg 2 days before seeing my doctor. She has given me a prescription for Oxyneo 10mg to be taken twice a day. I'm wondering if I should keep the patch on for a week and during this time start the Oxy. Anyone had a similar experience? Can anyone tell me what their experience with Oxyneo has been? ## Hi Ritzi, Sorry to hear about your ...

small tiny pill about a lil smaller than a pinky nal if ur ver thin or about the same size it looks soluable like a dhelata 4 (morphine family) but on one side says a number five and the other side is blank ## Hi Ehmber, Based on the description provided, a round yellow pill marked with "5" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as Zyprexa Zydis (Olanzapine) 5mg; an antipsychotic medication used in the treatment of bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia. Manufacturer: Eli Lilly and Company National Drug Code (NDC): 00002-4453 I'm not sure if the size is approximate to someone's pinky finger, but for your own reference, this particular pill is 9.00 mm in diameter. What should lab results read if taking five hydrocodone 10/325 a day? ## It depends on the test. It should show hydrocodone and it may show the amount. The tests can show the meds and the concentration of them shows how you're taking them.
