That said, ETH 445 is Oxycodone 15mgs, a generic for Roxicodone, which is a regular release formulation of the narcotic. I am currently taking Oramorph, Loratab, Zanaflex, Baclofen, Zanax, Omeprazole, Phenegran, Lonox. For some strange reason when I took a urine test it showed I had high levels of Dilaudid in my system. I really need some one to help me figure this out. ## It is probably caused by the oramorph, as dilaudid is hydro-morphone and is a morphine/opiate just as dilaudid ## Yes, Dilaudid is the pill form for heroin. Drowsiness is a very common side effect of all narcotic drugs, the longer you are on this dosage, the more your body should get used to it and the side effects should taper off. Unfortunately, if you are like me, then they never entirely taper off and you may have to fight drowsiness as long as you have to take narcotics. I have been on Morphine and Oxycodone, without changing the dosage, for several years now and I still have to fight drowsiness everyday. If you were up on 30mgs and your body has gotten used to taking that dosage and you suddenly dropped down to 10mgs, then it is not going to help your pain anywhere near as much as the 30mgs did.
