Actually, Roxanol isn't Morphine-like, that's what the actual active ingredient in it is, it is just another brand name for a formulation of Morphine.
At one point, the FDA wanted it removed from the market, due to the unapproved dosing concentration, so I am not sure if it is still available at this time.

This narcotic may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.
And this particular concentration, which as I've mentioned has drawn FDA safety concerns, is usually only used for palliative care.
