Mecobalami 500mcg
UpdatedCan a non diabetic who has some kind of numbness on the feet take mecobalamin?

Yes, as long as their doctor approves, it just a b vitamin supplement, vitamin b12 to be precise. It is often given to diabetics to help support nerve health and function.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effect as just being nausea, due to it's potency.
Is there anything else I can help with?
