Those stand for Diclofenac (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory), Lidocaine (an anesthetic), Cyclobenzaprine and Baclofen (muscle relaxants.) These combinations are usually used topically to treat muscle pain and spasms.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, dizziness and headache.
