Is it okay to take expired cyclobenzaprine 10mg dated 12/2012? ## Hello, Stephanie! How are you? This is a muscle relaxant and it doesn't get dangerous, once expired, but it does begin to lose effectiveness, so it's most likely that it just isn't going to do anything to help. It would be best to get a new prescription. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Can I take cyclobenzaprine that expired on June 26, 2012.

This pill is peach in color with 1G on one side and 283 on the other. I take cyclobenzaprine every night for my back. Mine have always been mustard color with an M on one side and 751 on the other. The last one I had filled and started to take today is peach in color with 1G on one side and 283 on the other. I have not been able to find a picture of them or the # either. ## Hello, Jean! That may be why you had trouble finding them, the marking is actually ig 283, with capital letters, so that's not a 1.
