I Need Suboxone To Show Up On My Drug Screen (Page 7)

I have been taking blue Xanax for the past couple of days and my Suboxone Dr, who I am scheduled to see on Friday, does regular drug screens to make sure that only Suboxone is in my system. I've gotten one of my friend's urine to use on Friday. Only problem is, they don't take Suboxone! Can I sprinkle some crushed up Suboxone in their clean urine to show up that I'm clean besides Suboxone? If I just use the clean urine, he will know that it's a hoax because I've been testing clean but with Suboxone and there's no way I can go without taking it. But I can't just pee my own pee, because I was made to sign a form when I started treatment with him that states that an individual who tests dirty for Benzodiazepines SPECIFICALLY will be booted out of his clinic and cancelled as a patient. So, can't I just crush up a little Suboxone and put it in the clean urine or will that not work? Help!

I have to disagree with the last two comments if you are serious about getting your life togather and being free from the ball and chain, then you need to walk right in and tell your doctor that you have made a bad desisoin and you know it. If he is any kind of a doctor he will understand and continue to help you. I do not know you or your doctor, but I have been there before and I can tell you most docters are willing to help you if you are honest with them, on the other hand you lie once you'll do it again and there is no sence wasting there time. good luck.

yes good for you. Glad it worked. It's not okay that you took xanax when you are not supposed to. This according to the "rules" set fourth by a "doctor" of medicine. I believe that it is your choice with what you do with your life. (what you ingest is your decision, under the circumstances that you are not harming your children.There should be no one criticizing you without knowing you. You made a choice and you dealt with the situation. I am glad you succeeded. I am sick of all the negativity in the world. Someone looks for help and everyone deters them. Addicts made a choice to be addicts but not for a good reason. They needed help at some point in there life and didn't receive; they couldn't deal with it. They are stuck in an unpleasant lifestyle where typically they are trapped, stuck and see no relief. If you want to help them then do not criticize their judgement in life's decisions. They can't go back in time and never wanted nor planned such a life.

1000% right. I cannot stand reading people say oh you shouldn't do this or that when the fact of the matter is I am prescribed meds that keep me off heroin and I have gotten my life back. My Dr. said that I can't come up positive for THC again (all I do now is smoke pot as far as drugs) that he would have to kick me out, which leads to very possible relapse and a heroin addict on the street. HOW THE F*** IS THAT BETTER THAN ME FAKING A TEST SO I CAN STAY OFF HEROIN AND STILL GET BY. I believe I probably am a person who would qualify for medical marijuana but my state doesn't have that and that's the biggest bulls*** of all, I have to worry about my life going back to s*** over the fact that I choose to smoke pot WHICH IS F***ING LEGAL IN SOME PARTS OF THE COUNTRY AND BEST YET *** I AM UNDER RISK OF HAVING THE ONE DRUG, THE ABSOLUTE ONLY DRUG, THAT HELPS ME STAY OFF OF BEING A HEROIN ADDICT, BECAUSE I SMOKE A JOINT EVERY NOW AND THAN FOR ANXIETY. *** WHAT IS WORSE, HEROINE ADDICT, PERSON GOING TO DR. PAYING BILLS AND SMOKING A JOINT LIKE 3\4 OF AMERICA DOES. Before these people keep saying "Oh you should do this or that, realize that isn't in the least bit fair until you have dealt with the situation yourself. And even then you're going off of just one experience. Most of the people on here have scene 100 Dr.'s. Some are good but most couldn't give a f*** about anything but there practice. Dr.'s are just like lawyer's, THEY'RE CORRUPT and a small percentage truly want to do good.

Its annoying to hear addicts say people shouldnt pass judgement on them.its very difficult not to pass judgement on addicts because they constantly lie, destroy relationships, steal, cheat and scam and truely dont care about anyone but themselves...and futhermore they never truely take responsibility for all the pain they cause.I dont call it passing judgement they really need to be held accountable for the pain and misery they cause their loved ones.When people are victimized you can bet they pass judgement. Did you ever hear someone who gets robbed tell the police please dont pass judgement on the robber? It is what it is.If an addict chooses to walk in addiction and not recovery they can be expected to be judged.

oh please. obviously you have never been beaten, neglected or sexually assalted and had no one at all to turn to. No one is asking to pass judgement. Judge all you want. Thats your choice. You can forgive, understand why, and try to help or you can be miserable thorn in society. We never woke up and said "hey I l'll be a junkie, that sounds like a great life". The people's whose lives we destroy, well if you are worthy of existing in my life then I have apologized. If you love me then you forgive me and understand me and I have told you the circumstances that led to any pain that I caused. They have forgiven me, supported me and wished they could have been there for me. If your an idiot and you get nothing then you are an idiot and no one cares about you. so keep judging us just as we are not allowed to ask the passing of judgement. You make no sense. If you have a heart then you forgive; a life is more important than your stupid paper money. Be a better parent and kids wont be inclined to use drugs. Ask if they are in trouble. Let me know how you feel when a man sexually assaults you with his erection in 6th grade. Let me know when your parents never pick uyou up from school in elementary school or go to your sports games, or discourage you from your dreams. Not everyone has a perfect life. So keep on judging us in an unfair world. I have always been extra nice and people take advantage and manipulate but I keep going, I keep helping, I keep forgiving. People need help the world needs nice positive people. Not negative bitter people. life is short and u get one chance. You can be angry or forgiving. Your choice but if there is a god then have a nice time in purgatory.

dude im in the same boat. smoking helps keep me off oxys but my doc says one more thc fail and im done. its such bulls***. i would understand if i were taking xanax or something, but weed???

I've passed many drug screens for employment while taking suboxone. It's a synthetic opiate+blocker. So yes only suboxone docs test for it. In my case anywAy. And how the hell can you think they won't know if you sprinkle suboxone in your piss? Realize things come out different than the way they went in? Well... you could ask yourself this as well... which is better? #1 staying on suboxine and stop smoking pot an learn to deal with some anxiety..... OR... #2 try faking a drug screen or continue smoking pot and chance getting cut off and relapsing and losing everything you gained since coming off heroin...
The doctors have to answer to someone too and why wld they risk their license and everything they've worked for so you can smoke pot? DUH

This is a yes or no question why do ppl on these forums always through in their opinions. The answer is a clear YES you can simply sprinkle in sub and it will work. Sub does not metabolize into a different metabolite like marijuana (tests for the metabolite of THC for example) and other drugs. It passes through the urine and comes out in the same form as it went in. The trick is to do a very small amount as to not discolour the sample. So the smallest amount should be used like half a mg or less. And make sure it is fully dissolved so they can't see little pieces floating around. And to the person who said you can't put a drug directly in bc it comes.out different, you are the dumb one for.assuming all drugs act the same way. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Unfortunately I'm late on this, but your aggressive know-it-all attitude makes you look even more ignorant. Someone more qualified than you already has explained the difference. Yes, metabolized subs can be tested for in a very costly and extensive UA, but most suboxone clinics (not all) will use quick strip drug tests, in which case, it will not be able to tell the difference between raw vs. metabolized suboxone, and therefore you can pass. People have explicitly stated that this is the case, and have said that this has worked on numerous cases, so what moron would try to make facts out of his obnoxious and uninformed opinion? Oh right... you.

Wow you are one ignorant, shielded, completely uninformed person, and you don't know sh*t about addiction, which would explain your complete ignorance regarding an addicts' motives for their unfortunate actions (not that I'm excusing myself for my mistakes). Do you blame a cancer patient for all the heartache they cause your family, or all the money lost on hospital bills? No one asks to have the disease of addiction, but it's the loving and intelligent supporters who get us through it despite the hardships and pain, NOT people like you, who actually tend to make the addiction cycle worse with your complete lack of empathy to the addict. But more importantly, you clearly don't know anything about recovery, which is how the few fortunate addicts break the cycle and address those very issues you hold against us.

Uh yes there is a test for suboxone. There is a test for everything down to rock salts at my doctor. Know what ur talking about before u post

I absolutely empathize with your post. I also had similar experiences w/sexual abuse (from 3 yrs old until 17yrs old by my paternal grandfather) and no one knew. Not until I told them years later. By then I was a junkie. I've gotten clean several times, but I've stayed clean the longest (3 yrs now) by being on suboxone. I'm only on 2mg (started at 16mg) and am happy with the relief it provides (relief from cravings, etc.). I'm now a FT Student and doing well in my classes. My family loves me & has forgiven me. I pray and hope the best for you.

No if you are a JUNKIE yes say it loud. look in mirror, remember when your life was normal and problems werent dumb like this, get off your pills if you dont need them, It's hard I can Imagine, but theres people who really do need the meds and people like you are killing them. Look in mirror like what you see , change. take control over your life your 3 months away from being the old you.

I also am on Suboxone and have the same issues. I tried to dissolve one in the urine and it comes up on my doctor's test as a faint line for opiate use. It has something to do with the way it goes through your system.

Dissolving Suboxone in urine WILL NOT WORK!!! I am on Suboxone and take it as I am suppose to. However I do smoke pot. I tried to dissovle a peice of a strip of Suboxone and it came up positive for opiates. This has happened a few times now and my doctor is ready to send it to a lab. My next visit I am going to have someone take a Suboxone the night before and use their morning urine. Will this work since this person will only be taking one Suboxone the night before?

The only thing that worked for me. ( I had the same problem with weed showing up at my suboxone doctor.) Is to buy on Ebay some cheap drug tests. Not at Walmart where they are 20.00.. They are on ebay single panel or multi panel for less than ten bucks. I did and would suggest buy about 3. Next, stop smoking and test the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week until it comes up clean.When the pee is free and clean, pee in a ziplock bag, cover from light with paper towels, wrap in 2 shopping bags and stick in the freezer. It will last for months. The day when u see the doctor take it out. Put on gloves and put in microwave for a quick 30-40 seconds. Open it up and cutaway a chunk then put the rest back. In a cup heat up the urine to a temperture over 100 degrees. This will allow for heat loss during the drive. From the cup, use a funnel and pour into a condom. Tie off the top of condom. Wrap in papertowels for the trip, keep near ur body as a heat source. ie: between legs or against inner thigh. I also wrap a hand warmer with it. I bring a thermometer and check before I leave and when i get there. Bring a needle if u are being watched to puncture the condom. If not then u are home free. It works, I have done it, I do it, and I will continue to bc the doctor is treating trhe addiction but not my emotions. I choose to not use heroin since it is a horrible drug out of everything Ive done. The suboxone helps but there is still a hole in my heart that is bottomless and I will continue to throw drugs into this hole to help temporally ease the pain/mask the pain/hide the pain, make me not feel emotions bc this part of addiction has not been cured and likely wont ever bc I have no family to fall back on, to ask for help from. All this, this horrible life, feeling different, over two decades of drugs and one of those waking up to the flu(kicking) dope sick bc some guy decided he could manipulate a little kid and sexually assault/ traumatize him for life. This all for this persons own selfish needs thus destroying anthers life with pain, agony, self doubt, self worthiness and self sabotage bringing death in a slow and agonizing way. Sometimes eventhough i am clean of heroin I wonder about death like when it will happen and why I am I here. Performing no function to society except work which isn't particularly serving to the public which in my opinion would give life a reason(besides children). It is not even an option since posses ion charges have led to my quest to complete a degree of nursing with a blocked wall. I am not allowed in that field or rather It would be difficult to find a job. Possession charges are ridiculous holding people behind bars who want to correct their past

Thank you. I have another question. If I try the usual ways to clean out the pot from my system (water, water pills, etc.) will it also clean out the Suboxone? The Subxone needs to be detected.

You have no right to pass judgement on anyone unless you're perfect yourself! And how do you know that an addict never truly takes responsibility for the pain they cause? I DID! I've been in suboxone program for over four years & have made amends with pretty much everyone I hurt while using. I did it because I truly felt remorse & guilt & wanted to apologize even if I wasn't forgiven. I wanted people to know that it was my addiction & not me! Unless you've been there you have no right to pass judgement! Who do you think you are? You don't know people's reasons for becoming an addict to begin with! So unless you have something useful to say just don't say anything at all!
