I am 93, I suffer from "Ischaemic Heart Disease2". I would be quite content to let that take its couurse, but I cannot eat, or very little, my weight is going down like a ton of lead, I sleep very badly.our doctor says he cannot do anything about it, so i am fed up with life, and I want OUT.

In addition, if anyone even gave information to help you commit suicide, we'd be held criminally liable, because we are based in the U.S. where it is illegal.

Now, as to the relevant facts, there is no medical condition called a 'shrunk stomach'. Yes, if people don't eat a lot, their stomach can get smaller, but improving their ability to eat is actually just a matter of gradually increasing their food intake.

You are aware that you eat very little and have no appetite, so what you need to work on is gradually increasing your food intake to arrest the weight loss. You don't even necessarily have to eat a lot more, but just take in calorie dense foods and foods with a higher, healthy fat amount.

You might also want to consider adding a multivitamin, especially if you're having trouble sleeping, because it has been proven that a deficiency in certain vital nutrients will increase your weight loss and can also cause insomnia.

I'm not sure where you are located, but for any doctor to tell you that you can't even talk to someone else, without their approval, is just not right. If they haven't suggested any multivitamins or any other solutions, then I seriously think you should start seeing a different doctor.

Ischemic Heart Disease is a condition that can be managed, so someone still has a good quality of life and does not have to be a death sentence.

And what medications do you take for your heart condition? There are many of them that could also be affecting your appetite.

you do not understand, i am in a care home where there is only one doctor. If i could change him i would, but i cannot , so i am stuck with this one doctor, who has told me there is nothing he can do for me.

i am unable to eat, so it is no good telling me to eat a little more each dday. my doctor cannot help me, he has told me so, i cannot go to another doctor, as i am in a care home and i cannot consult another doctor without moving out of this place, and there is nowhere else to go.

i am 23 and i cant seem to look forward anymore, i tried to commit suicide 3 times when i was younger and failed. I suffer from severe depression but have had my partner for support for 3 years, preventing me from another attempt... even though i have thought about it a lot. He has recently been disregarding my fragile and vunerable state and saying and doing things which have made me feel lost. he has been the only thing keeping me going and now im unsure of what he feels... it has made me more determined to do it. i cant deal with the emotions im feeling... its too much... too intense and i can't function. my medication has been doubled and i have been referred to a mental health clinic but my appointment is not until friday... i dont know if i can cope for another 5 days... i want out!

Nothing in this world or anybody is worth killing yourself for. Whatever your problems or your pain you should never feel so hopeless that you should feel a need to throw in the towel. Sometimes speaking to someone who is not familiar to your issues can give you a better outlook on things. You must also think of those you would leave behind. The feelings tgey are left with are horendous. This is not fair to them. Whether you believe it or not there are people who care about you. At a time when you feel so low sometimes it is good to take a walk near a hospital or park. Look at others and you will see that there is always someone far worse than yourself. I am not discounting how you are feeling i am sure you are in pain but perhaps you will see things in a different light. Life is short life is precious. Plus you will get better satisfaction in life when you do not give in and show others your weak point. You plow forward with your head held high and prove the world wrong.

Martin, you do not appear to be acknowledging Verwon's comments. Why would you actually believe this site would give such information? It is unreasonable for anyone to come to a "medical informational" site, and to ask for cyanide. Why do you think anyone would be so foolish as to release such a request? You appear to be asking for help, and are ignoring the most educated answers. If it's true, you cannot speak with anyone unless approved by your Doctor, how is it you can be here asking for suicide pills? You may want to speak with an on line counselor. Martin, I am very sorry you are suffering, no one should have to go through that and you apparently have a doctor that will not help you, which compounds the tragedy.

However, as has already been pointed out, by myself and Gabby, no one on this site can help you commit suicide. We can neither tell you how to do it, nor send you a product to enable you to do it.

If you really want your life to end as fast as possible, then you might wish to check and see if do not resuscitate orders are legal where you are located.

In the U.S., Canada and several other countries, they allow someone to sign them, while alive and of sound mind, to prevent extreme measures being taken to prolong their lives.

Hi I am 30 years male. I was very happy in life, i loved my job and very determined to succed in life. Recently got engaged 3 months before. The recent incident has taken life out of me, i had intimate relation one day with an Asian massage girl and got infected with HTLV virus, There is no cure or vaccine to supress the viral load for this disease past 40 years.my life has been burdan past 2 months and there us no quality if life with this disease.I cant live a normal life any more. In which country do you live? In England there are quite a lot of disability payments to claim depending on your level of disability. Go to gov.co.uk to find details and the number to call. You will probably have to fill in loads of forms! I did. Somebody is allowed to do this for you if you can't do it. I hope this helps.
