I want to commit suicide, that is why i want the cyanide pill.

I am 93, I suffer from "Ischaemic Heart Disease2". I would be quite content to let that take its couurse, but I cannot eat, or very little, my weight is going down like a ton of lead, I sleep very badly.our doctor says he cannot do anything about it, so i am fed up with life, and I want OUT.

i am 23 and i cant seem to look forward anymore, i tried to commit suicide 3 times when i was younger and failed. I suffer from severe depression but have had my partner for support for 3 years, preventing me from another attempt... even though i have thought about it a lot. He has recently been disregarding my fragile and vunerable state and saying and doing things which have made me feel lost. he has been the only thing keeping me going and now im unsure of what he feels... it has made me more determined to do it. i cant deal with the emotions im feeling... its too much... too intense and i can't function. my medication has been doubled and i have been referred to a mental health clinic but my appointment is not until friday... i dont know if i can cope for another 5 days... i want out!

Yeah that sounds nice and all but that's not the reality for people with severe depression. And as assuring to you as it might be, the advice 'go see a therapist' or to go on medication doesn't always work. I've tried every medication I can (I'm epileptic so my options are limited) and none of them work. At all. Not remotely. Most have even had really bad side effects that have hospitalised me. Therapy only works for 7% of people, an I'm not part of that lucky 7%. Don't ever tell people who are depressed or suicidal to just be happier (essentially what you're saying, we've all heard different variations a hundred times); it doesn't work that way.

you do not understand, i am in a care home where there is only one doctor. If i could change him i would, but i cannot , so i am stuck with this one doctor, who has told me there is nothing he can do for me.

All of you who do not understand why someone with no hope of recovery and perhaps living life 24/7 in severe pain would want to end it are so naive. I suffer from Adhesive Arachoiditis and 24/7 pain along with a dying CNS. Death would be a great relief to me. there is no cure and I can be tortured for 20 years more as the pain worsens and medicines have no more effect.

In reality, one has to imagine that they are living in someone else's shoes to understand them. Just because you feel great and have a great life does not mean you are like everyone else.

i am unable to eat, so it is no good telling me to eat a little more each dday. my doctor cannot help me, he has told me so, i cannot go to another doctor, as i am in a care home and i cannot consult another doctor without moving out of this place, and there is nowhere else to go.

Wow just had a vein my leg open up and I almost bled to death. there was a compression fitting on it but it opened up and I had to get an ambulance and the only people I have to tell it to is this phone n this blank board in this discussion room. I wish I would've f****** Bled to death. 50 years old unloved unwanted isolated scared alone what's the f****** point
