What you need to do to pass your urine test is -
-have enough sleep(8 hours)
-consume laxative tablets
-drink plenty of water and if possible white carrot juice is good
-after the 8 hour sleep urinate at least 20 times and defecate least 2 times....Good Luck

Hi son of nothing. Thanks for your post. Hopefully the moderators will be done soon. I'm in South London,you'rein Scotland right? I will soon be tested every 4 weeks it was every 2 but using a saliva as I said b4. I hate the urine tests!.As I said I was positive still after 6 days . Surely it Can't take much longer than that. I can't believe they stop your meds to 0. That's dreadful. I think what they do where I go is stop your take homes so u have to go to the chemist daily. And thanks for your reply Thea.

Yay for clean tests. Im on suboxone now in the US. I was on methadone for 2 yrs. Honestly i tested every week and i was dirty every week. I had to go in everyday, it was really a pain. Im in Oregon i dont know how other states do it, They weren't as strct as your place. But i also had a tendency toward benzos that totally stay in my system for a month. Its like they stick to my fat cells or somrthing but if u test 3 times in a row on that they fast detox like 1ml a day that catches up fast and totally blows. Anywho i wasnt getting anywhere with done, i really do want to quit totally (it just gives such a great illusion that my life is so much better.) With suboxen i dont get that warm fuzzy at all that i miss, but im getting somewhere now and my appt is every 6 weeks now and eventually lll go every 3 months. Financially much better than methadone its seemed like i was on financial detox alot. I read something that said like "the more u quit the more you quit. "Dont know if i said that right but it kind of makes sense. I thought my dr was going to give up on me at first the tests they use pick up minute amounts like that could be from a bagel but me and my big mouth felt so guilty i fessed up. So last 5 have been good. Last 3 have been frozen stock hidden discreetly. Luckily not monitored. Sorry for the gabfest but really happy u r following up with us. I hope more people will share the outcomes.

Yeah Louise, 6 days for h for me to be safe, and my guy friends are like 3 or 4. Probably already said that but didn't reread my previous posts. Some- if u buy fake pee are u worried about methadone not being in it? My doc def test for subs to be present so thats not an option for me. I hope Louise u can use that. I totally know the horror of waiting for results when i know ive used sweaty palms, panic attack it sucks. Alot of mean people say dont use, wish it were that easy, i will fight it forever it feels

YOU DO COKE, AND GET TESTED THAT SAME DAY, YOU ARE F***ED! FACT! (It ONLY happened to me, for the courts). Same goes if you did cocaine the night before. You need a couple two-three days to get that s*** outta your system. Capiche?

louiset73 - I thought you were abroad somewhere - yeah I'm in Scotland so the tests we get/system used is pretty much the same. Do you drink lots of water in the days you aren't dosing? The 4 days before my urine tests I drink at least 8 litres of water a day, try to eat quite a bit just to keep things moving through my body, but peoples metabolisms are different - I really recommend the drug test kits from amazon, you get 5 of them for under 3 quid. I'm already going to the chemist every day, although if the sample I just gave is clean i'll be back to weekend pick-up. The heroin in London is usually stronger than the stuff here (i'm in a very rural area but I was at uni in London and used when i was there lol), and that, along with how much you take, influences how long it stays in your system. How much do you take?

louiset73 - 6 days seems like a long time - don't you start to rattle/withdraw? Drink loads of water, buy a drug test kit!

thea - thats great to hear, it seems you are on the right path :-) i'm on the path towards suboxone - i'm on 80ml of methadone now and that will be reduced; once i'm on 30ml or below they are gonna transfer me to suboxone. I still use heroin but i don't get withdrawals as i don't use every day; i use for similar reasons to yourself, i just want to have my life back but cant do it when i'm on methadone so i figure what the hell and keep using smack. but i hope to be where you are soon. i used to take benzos a lot - valium - but they stay in system for at least 4 weeks so cant use them. im so ready to quit everything, wish you the very best of luck, stay strong!! :-)

Sun- yes that benzo thing was rough, turned me into a different person its not only healthwise a bad move, i just dont remember anything and apparently i steal isnt that awful? I mean from stores and stuff just dont remember doing any of it. Xanax is my kryptonite i dont know why i still think about it, after 2 i check out become a mean argumentative person, its my polar opposite. Im a pretty agreeable person. My family has taken video of me and yeah not pretty downright embarrassing. So even if i think about it cantvgo there again. Anywho yes once down to 40ml pf methadone u can switch over to subs. The things is u take those u wont be able to use like with done it fills all those receptors so it does help quit even if i fight it, its getting easier so guess its working. Hopefully you are well right now. Thanks again for your posts

Yea defo detected after 3 days but depends how much is in ur system. I last had heroin on thurs n on tues had a positive in my urine for opiates!

Yes you should pass 6 or7 days gives you plenty of time, and was a long time user so I know how to play the game. So you should be fine.........

Just to put some info at there. All the questions ya asking trust me I been threw it. I been on methadone for 5 years. I was clean from everything else for 4 1/2 years then I relapsed on h like 6 months ago. i noticed it takes me 7 days to come out clean on the ua: most likely cus I drink like no water and I don't s*** too often. i take a fair amount also. I have a test coming up in 6 days and I'm gonna drink a lot of water. I will keep u posted to see if that makes a difference. Fingers crossed. And good luck to all of u.

There is a reason addiction is accepted as a disease. It completely rewires neurological pathways in your brain, especially heroin. Would you tell someone with very severe OCD, whatever their compulsion, that it's no big deal and to just get over it. Be thankful you don't have to go thru the hell and shaming addicts go through.

I notice there's a lotof dis agreement on how to throw a clean UA. Most agree on days, 5-6.one says barking soda, water, others say exerciser. I've come to my own conclusions, don't do anything 7 days b4 testing. Is it really worth the stress, worrying if yr Gona b clean? Simple answer. The ones that can't go 4 that. Period of time, keep seachin, fall down get up. I'll pray 4 u.
