Glycomet Trio 1

i am under treatment from a reputed doctor for diabetese type 2 and am prescribed gemere p1 tablated before food and metformin 500 after meals.
Another reputed institute specialised in deabetology have precribed me glycomet trio 1 which is much effective.

guide me which medicine i should continue.

Since you're asking for guidance on which medication you should use for type 2 diabetes, I feel compelled to share my opinion on another avenue of treatment that may not have been considered.

You may not have known this, but type 2 diabetes occurs from the food you eat on a day to day basis and has been proven to be reversed and cured on numerous occasions by simply changing your diet. If you do your homework, there are plenty of testimonies and scientific evidence demonstrating how Diabetes type 2 is caused by an excess of fat in the bloodstream, which then causes unstable blood glucose levels, an over-production of insulin, and an over-working of the pancreas.

The simple approach "that is suggested" for reversing & curing the disease is to eat a very low fat diet that is higher in "NATURAL" sugar from fresh raw organic fruits (i.e. bananas, melons, etc) and vegetables (namely in the form of dark leafy greens), with occasional nuts and seeds for "good fat" and protein.

I would recommend doing more research on the topic if you're interested. There's a lot of good information out on the web that doesn't get publicized in the media, most likely because it causes a loss of revenue to the diabetes awareness foundations and other money hungry organizations that need not be there. Sorry for the rant. I'm just fed up with the way our country turns one time patients into long term pharmaceutical customers.
