Redumed Rimsa contains the active ingredient Sibutramine, commonly sold in the US under the brand name Meridia. This is an appetite suppressant used to aid in weight loss. Some common side effects may include: nausea, constipation, headache and menstrual cramping.
As to the original question, I cannot figure what this pill is. I think it's from outside the US.
