There no instructions. ## Hi Jet, From what I could gather, "Azitromicina" or "Azithromycin" is the active ingredient in this drug. The dosage information I found for Azithromycin states that (500 mg) should be taken orally on the first day followed by (250 mg) orally once a day on days 2 through 5 (which adds up to 6 pills in total). I have a bladder infection. Can I use zertalin azitromicina 250mg to cure it? If so, what dosage? ## According to Medlineplus.gov, Azitromicina (Azithromycin) is used to treat certain bacterial infections (ears, lungs, sinuses, skin, throat, and reproductive organs), including bronchitis, pneumonia and venereal diseases. I, however, did not see any information specifically stating an indication for bladder infections (or UTI's). That said, I think it would be important to consult your prescribing doctor and/or pharmacist just to be sure. It is also your prescribing doctor's duty to inform their patient about what dose to take for best results. Nevertheless, my guess is since its mechanism of action is so broad, bladder infections may not be out of the question. I hope this helps!

is zertalin taken for sour throat and runny nose? ## Hello, Bob! How are you? This is an antibiotic, so it will only help with bacterial infections, it will do nothing to treat a cold or flu. Did your doctor prescribe it?
