I'm trying to identify a white oval pill with irpm on one side and 121 on the other. White oval pill with rph on one side and 121 on the other. This is a Canadian drug - I don't know if things are different in the US. ## Some are different, some aren't, so it can vary. This tablet in particular contains 300mgs of Ratio-Irbesartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.
