I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. What is stronger 2 Tylenol 4 pills or Norco 5-325 I got shot 5x's and stabbed 3 I'm in pain like a Mayne they had me on the Tylenol 4 but they switched it to Norco 5-325 and it doesn't seem to help so this is why I'm asking I don't like taking pills but right now I need something for this pain . ## The 2 Tylenol 4 would be stronger than one Norco, although overall, the Hydrocodone is stronger, so this would not apply if you were comparing them one to one. is tylenol er a prescription medication? ## It depends on the dosage, there is an over the counter formulation sold as Tylenol Arthritis Pain formula, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen in a time released formulation and is sold over the counter. An imprint on one side says tylenol and the other side says 1075. ## Hi bpd, If one side of the pill says "Tylenol" then the active ingredient (or at least one of them) would be Acetaminophen. I was unable to locate any specific details regarding the "1075" imprint, but did stumble upon a related white oval tablet marked with "Tylenol" and "1072" that turned out to be a combination of: Acetaminophen 325 mg + Guaifenesin 200 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg This particular tablet is reportedly manufactured by McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Can I take Tylenol pm 3 hrs after taking Voltaren? I was at the ER and have an abscessed tooth and took the Voltaren pill as prescribed, but still hurt and cannot sleep. ## Tylenol PM is not as strong, so it is doubtful that it will help more than the Voltaren.
