Olmax 40

I have been on Amlace for hypertension and my doctor changed it to Betadrop (a Beta blocker) which was causing swelling in the ankles and ED and to counteract the swelling in ankles he then prescribed Amifru 40 (1/2 tab x 2 a day). This did not reduce swelling much especially when standing or sitting for long periods. My new doctor has just now put me on OLMAX- H 20 mg 1x1 a day and stopped all previous drugs. OLMAX-H helped in passing much urine freely which was not so with the previous drugs. My new doctor says the swelling is more to do with varicose veins and not so much the previous drug. I have the problem of hypertension for the last 15 years. I was prescribed by the doctor to take ATLOL D every day & then Tonoric 50 but the range of my BP never gone below 170/110. Now I am prescrobed to take OLMAX 40 AM tablet.I am 55 years old & also facing the problem of uric acid. Please advice me. ## Many blood pressure and cardiac medications can cause elevated uric acid. The NIH lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Has there been any change? How are you doing, now?

Recently, I switched from Amalvos-H to Olmax 40mg. Within 10 days of use, I began to experience erectile dysfunction (ED) and muscle pain in my back, specifically in the muscle used for back bending.
