Can I take methocarbamol 500mg and hydrocodone together

I have very painful leg pain. I took naproxen but it gave me stomach cramps. The dr. also gave me ropinirole HCL 3mg, both do not work.. I am also a diabetic. Please help. Can I take methocarbamol and hydrocodone together to ease this pain? The dr. wants to try different medication. So far nothing works. I was also in the hospital for this pain, x-rays were taken. The only reason they could come up with was very bad arthritis. I think it has something to do with nerve pain. I also have a tingling feeling as well as pain in my legs. Yes I have spoken to the Drs. about this pain. I have spoken to them about that diabetic nerve medicine. But I guess they don't want to try it because I have seizures.
