Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, skin rash and diarrhea. Read more: Are there any questions or comments? ## I am now three days taking Calvepen 666 for a Strep throat, I had the infection for two days before I attended the Doctor as I did not think it was going to need anti-biotics. I have had very little sleep due to the constant pain and do not feel any better. I have been advised it will take time to work. My question is as follows: Is three days not long enough, should I go to my Doctor again as I am not able to attend work due to feeling so poorly?
