My last bottle I got was in 1998. I can hardly read the bottle. Distributed by Menley & James Laboratories Inc.,Horsham. PA. 19044-3697 ## Nefrin contains the active ingredient Phenylephrine, this is used as a deongestant. That said, this site does not sell nor manufacture any medications. Since it has been so many years, it does not seem that anything under this name is still available. There are still other solutions on the market, however, these nebulizer mediations usually require a doctor's prescription and you would pick them up at a pharmacy.
