shingles ## Is it ok to take 25mg everynight and for how long can one do so? ## There is no drug listed under the name Tripilene, are you possibly referring to Amitriptyline? ## I would just like to find out more about tripilene. I have a friend who was taking them, its apparently a muscle relaxant. She now has problems with her bladder as the muscles are permanently relaxed and therefore cannot function. The dr says it's due to all the tripilene that she has drank, is it a side effect and if you are taking tripilene should you stop due to this side effect? Thank you
