I have used products with the combo of Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg, Pseudoephedrine hcl 60 mg, on a spot basis for years. Now I can't find, under any of the brand names, in any of the stores, I have used in the past. They were under control, requiring gov't ID at the Pharmacy counter. Was this not enough? Have they all been banned? Triaminic Cold & Allergy also had same ingredients. ## Their disappearance from pharmacy shelves is due to the restrictions causing severely lowered sales. This caused many companies to switch to using Phenylephrine. Have you tried talking to your doctor about it? I have a white oblong tablet with SU PE on one side and WL 90 on the other side. It is a Lightish green tablet and it has the numbers 44 - 464.. I just want to know what it is and what it does. thank you ## I believe I located your pill, it's Acetaminophen 325 mg, Diphenhydramine 12.5 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg. These active ingredients are in many over the counter allergy/ cold medications such as: Benadryl Allergy & Sinus Headache, Theraflu Warming Severe Cold Nighttime, and Sudafed Cold.
