Why has there been , so to speak, no recent, say after 2010, discussion of treatment of Waldenstroms with Pentostatin/Cytoxin , results and criticisms ? ## In many cases, treatments and clinical trials don't receive the necessary funds to carry out further experiments or studies with the given drug/medication. Based on a number of articles that I've come across on this subject, there really is no one attempting to create discussion on it. And in my opinion that is why sites like this one thrive off of discussion and criticism. The rare infection Leishmaniasis, from infected sand flies,is supposedly being treated on my son in Costa Rica with glucantine, and pentostan, by injection. Is Pentostatin the same thing, is it legitimate or a placebo??
