my son is suffering in tyrosinemia type-1st. I don't know what the laws are like over in India regarding Orfadin (Nitisinone) being available over-the-counter or via prescription-only (as I am here in the US where it is classified as a prescription drug). But it sounds to me like it may be a good idea to contact the doctor who originally diagnosed him with this ailment and see if he/she knows where to find the medication that was recommended for treating it.
