These pills are in my grandmothers cabinets, and before i throw them away I want to make sure they are something she doesn't need: - yellow oval with A KJ on the pill - yellow oval and 7244 on one side and 93 on the other ## Both of these pills are 500mgs of Clarithromycin, an antibiotic. If she is no longer supposed to be taking them, then no harm in removing them from her medicine cabinet. ## I checked in this site's NDC database and can confirm that both of those oval pills contain Clarithromycin 500 mg. NDC 0074-3165 is a yellow oval tablet with imprint a (logo) KJ. (Biaxin XL) NDC 0093-7244 is a yellow oblong tablet with imprint 93;7244 and is also extended release Clarithromycin. Hope this helps add some confirmation!

7244 on one side 93 on the other ## This pill is the extended release 500mg of Clarithromycin. ## i received a one time dose of two arithromyacine capsules(oval shaped pills).it was supposed to treat chlymidia.i was told to not have sex for a week and id be good.i had unprotected sex approx.5 days later.after that,i had sex w/the same woman 3days later and i noticed a bad odor that wasnt there when we first had sex.this is the odor that i noticed in other women approx.3days after i had sex with them that made me go get checked for an std.i still have very minor discharge(clear) and ever so slight tingle at the head of the penis early in the morning when i get up and periodicly through out the day after long periods without urinating.Do i still have this std?or is there possibly a differ...
