200n round small white pill

I found this pill at my house on the floor, I have no idea what it is it or where It came from so I'm a little worried about it because I have a small dog. ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find anything that matches this description, however, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Thank you for trying, I still haven't figured it out myself.

I need to know what pills these are called? They are for panic attacks and are very small white and round. I'm not sure of the # on them. It could be 700n or 200n or noon. Going based off of the imprint guesses in addition to the condition of it being a panic attack medication the closest I was able to find was a Metoprolol succinate extended-release which has the imprint of 100 N. According to the National Institute of Health it is small, white and round.
