What to use topically with Taltz

I've been on Taltz for a year now,and I am very pleased with the drug, as it has gotten me about 98%clear. In the last 4 months or so, I see the effectiveness decreasing. Is there a topical that you might recommend touse with the Talts, or what would you recommend?
