Sirturo Overview

Bedaquiline, sold under the brand name Sirturo, is a medication used to treat active tuberculosis.[1] It is specifically used to treat multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) when other treatment cannot be used.[1][5] It should be used along with at least three other medications for tuberculosis.[1][5] It is used by mouth.[5] Common side effects include nausea, joint pains, headaches, and chest ...
