Pennsaid contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling. In a liquid form, it will work faster than it would if taken in tablet form. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
