Are any of my medications a blood thinner?

I'm having surgery and need to know if any of my meds are blood thinners: Guanfacine, Isosorbide Mononitrate ER, Metoprolol, Metformin, Losartan/HCTZ, L-Thyroxine, Atorvastatin Calcium, Meloxicam. ## No, but many surgeons will tell you not to take the Meloxicam, before surgery, since it can cause an increased risk of bleeding as a side effect, according to FDA reports. Thus, in most cases you have to stop taking it several days before surgery.
