Based on the description provided, I believe you meant to say V 36 01. This yellow oblong pill is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg).

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
