white oblong pill with the V and on the other side is 42, then the part where it breaks in half and the other side is 35. I can't find it anywhere but he said he was a 5mg methadone. what does it doo

Found a match it's Metoclopramide 10 mg, which is primarily used to treat nausea and vomiting, and to facilitate gastric emptying in patients with gastroparesis.
