What Is Tryptomer Used For? I Have Middle Back Pain
UpdatedI am an 18 year old student and I have had back pain for a year now. Currently the situation is that i can't even sit in a chair to study for 15 min. Please advise me on what to do? What exercise or medicine would help? I am also doing exercises daily which I was instructed to do by my physiotherapist. I am from india.
