Hello, Miz! How are you?

It is doubtful, this is an antifungal cream that is typically used to treat yeast infections or ringworm.

Do you have piles? They can often cause anal burning, bleeding and pain. If so, then you will most likely need a hydrocortisone cream to help shrink them and alleviate the burning. Its typical side effects, as listed by the U.S. FDA, may possibly include skin redness, irritation and itching.

Have you consulted your doctor?
