What Is Methycobal 500

Can I take a pill of methycobal 500mg everyday? I have serious hip nerve pain due to a fall. Whenever I stand up from a chair, I will feel pain in my hips and my leg will feel pain too. Will the pills help me out on the pain?

This is just a nutritional supplement, it contains a form of B12, which has been shown to help support nerve health and function, so the only way it will help, is if your pain is caused by some type of nerve damage/aggravation. The FDA lists its typical side effect as being nausea, due to its potency.

Have you consulted a doctor to see what is causing your issue?

I had the same problem. Rising from a chair, a shooting pain in my right leg. After a variety of doctors & chiros were ineffectual, I went to a naturopath. He took one look at the xray of my right hip and he diagnosed sciatica & to alternate a hot & cold water bottle on my hip, 10 mins each, twice a day. End of problem. Hope this helps.
