What Is Neurovit

My husband had acute myeloid leukemia. After doctor made bone marrow for detect and diagnose for the first time. Then after that he claims his right leg had pain. Cannot walk sometime.. So doctor gave Neurovit. Now swelling at his neck become so pain... What my question is what Neurovit's content...? Why he feel so pain after take Neurovit?
