i have a friend who is trying to find out what drugs show up on a drug test?

There is no hard and pat answer to that. Almost any drug can be tested for, it depends on what the person or company paying for the test is concerned about people using.

They can test for anything from narcotics to aspirin if they really choose to do so.

What type of test is your friend concerned about?
