i have pills that are light yellow in color that has westward 939.is this an antibiotic?

I located a capsule with WEST-WARD 939 on it, but it was more white than yellow. If this sounds like your pill it's Amoxicillin 500 mg, which is used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.
